Rugby 101

Rugby 101 and Touch Rugby – contact us for current location and times

Whatever your age, skill, or experience with rugby, there is a place for you. Rugby will give you what you put into it and for those that play it gives in droves. The chance to play a unique, and internationally renown sport, fitness, and lifelong fellowship with rugby mates here and around the world are just some of the rewards awaiting you.

If you have never played, if you have never picked up a ball, never laced up a pair of boots, our coaches will introduce you to the game of rugby and provide you the opportunity to play with other newcomers like yourself.

Anxious to get started?  Curious what the rules of the game are?  How is rugby different than American football?

Here is a short 7 minute video that provides some of the basic rules of rugby and how the teams play the game.

You join a family of ruggers with strong fellowship and traditions that have been playing in the Last Frontier since 1973.  Welcome!  We are excited to have you out to play!
